Entry Level Pest Control Technician
No experience? No problem. We’ll build you from the ground up.
Now hiring in the Columbia River Gorge and East Portland Metro. We’re looking for someone reliable, eager to learn, and proud to do the job right. You don’t need a license or years of experience — you need a good attitude, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work outdoors in all conditions. We’ll handle the rest.
What you’ll do:
Assist with residential and commercial pest control services, learn inspection and treatment procedures, help maintain equipment and service records, and build hands-on field experience working alongside an experienced team.
What we’re looking for:
Dependable and on time
Comfortable working outdoors
Good with people — this is a customer-facing role
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Physically able to lift equipment and work in tight spaces

Experienced Pest Control Technician

Now hiring in the Columbia River Gorge and East Portland Metro. We’re looking for a technician with two or more years of field experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility with a company that treats you like a professional. A pesticide applicator license is a plus, but if you’ve got the experience and the work ethic, we want to talk.
What you’ll do:
Run your own accounts, handle a full range of residential and commercial treatments, and take part in some of the more specialized work we do — including wildlife handling and our essential oil treatment programs.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years pest control field experience
Oregon pesticide applicator license preferred, not required
Self-directed — able to manage a route with minimal supervision
Strong customer communication skills
Someone who fits a small, close-knit team
